Welcome! My name is Ariel Finn. I am a Navy Wife and mother of a young son. My husband and I started renovating homes and that flared my passion for the world of real estate. Once we completed our move to California, I became a licensed real estate agent and Certified Transaction Coordinator.

Julia is just starting her Real Estate journey! She works as ICU nurse and works to help our clients with design needs and Listing coordination. Her area of expertise include helping our clients remodel their or make repairs prior to listing utilizing our seller concierge service. Julia is is originally form Rio de Janeiro, Brazil and been in the United States for over 20 years. She has a eye for design and enjoys helping our clients working with in their budgets to complete home renovations, staging or whatever our clients needs may be!

Ryan is 3rd generation Realtor with over 23 years of Real Estate experience with roots from starting out in the family business in the Mission of San Francisco and ending up working in Silicon Valley’s most competitive markets in the nation. Ryan has specific expertise in the sales of investment properties having worked in San Francisco managing and selling large Apartment buildings. Ryan also has a long history of working with Foreclosures and has many personal relationships with many banks handling asset disposition and providing an inside edge for buyers to acquire distressed properties. Ryan is also a first responder having worked 10 years as an EMT in Oakland. Working and applying his great communication skills to emergency situations shows he can negotiate and handle stress with ease. Family has brought him to the Central Valley relocating with his girlfriend who is a Nurse at Clovis Community Medical Center Emergency Room. Ryan has 3 children and 2 stepchildren ranging from 4-18. His favorite activity is being on Lake Millerton and just sitting in the calm water at sunset and wake surfing. Ryan is looking forward to focusing on Real Estate and following his passion for helping buyers and sellers find those deals. Ryan is eager to apply his skills to the local market.
